About Sonja
Sonja Webster began writing Royal Training in 2018 after revisiting London, her residence and place of work in an earlier life. Inspired by her fascination with Royal history and culture, as well as her own life experiences, the story flowed freely onto the page, but her writing journey was interrupted by a global pandemic, the demands of motherhood, and an overseas relocation. Undaunted, she carried on until her novel was published in the spring of 2025. She is thrilled by the positive response from early readers of Royal Training and is already at work on her second novel. Sonja lives in Heidelberg with her husband, an artist, and her two children, both talented musicians.
